LES investigation of advanced GT-EGR combustor at real engine conditions
|
"This report will describe the CFD investigations carried out by CERFACS, UNIFI and BH in Task 2.4 related to the prediction of combustor performances in terms of stability margin and exhaust emissions, considering real engine operating conditions and updated air flow split according to the modified effective area of the new burners developed in Task 2.3.
As additional outcome of this task, the projected impact of high EGR level on whole engine efficiency will be analysed by considering the combustor coupled with a turbine geometry that will be provided by BH"
